  • Ooops! I Came In Too Fast<br /> This image of a juvenile Roseate Spoonbill appeared in the Third Tier of the NANPA (North American Nature Photography Association) publication "EXPRESSIONS 2012". Each year NANPA selects the Top 250 images from over 2000 submissions and presents them in three tiers-the Top Ten, Tier Two containing 90 images and Tier Three containing 150 images. This was my very first entry into a photography competition, which makes this personally very special. <br /> This image was also selected in the TOP 100 photos for 2012 by the Audubon Society<br /> T
  • Crowded Perch<br /> This image of three White Ibis clamoring for a place on the snag was awarded Second Place in the "Share the View" International Nature Photography Contest sponsored by the Audubon Society of Greater Denver, CO. 2011<br /> <br /> 2012- Placed in Tier III in NANPA photo competition<br /> <br /> 2012-This image was selected by the Everglades Chapter of the Photographic Society of America to represent the chapter in the regional chapter competitions

  • Burrowing Owl In Tree<br /> This image appeared in the September 2011 issue of the PSA Journal (Photographic Society of America) and was featured on the front page of the Audubon Society of Greater Denver newsletter on June 25, 2012. It also appeared on the Audubon Society of Greater Denver's invitation (August 2012) for the Share the View Photography Contest for 2013.
